Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Opportunity :

• We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to own and optimize our retailer AR processes across wholesale and dropship channels.
• This role will focus heavily on big box retailer accounts-including EDI invoicing, deduction management, and weekly customer portal reconciliations.
• In addition to day-to-day AR execution, you’ll be responsible for ongoing account cleanup, audit readiness, and formalizing customer onboarding.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Ops, Retail, and Logistics to resolve issues at the source and strengthen processes across the business.   Who You Are :

The anticipated base salary range for this role ​is $75,000 - $90,000 - Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors determining the base pay at offer, including but not limited to :
