Job Summary
This role is responsible to build and implement a Plan for Logistics strategy. This role will be responsible to work cross-functionally to build forecasting tools from manufacturing and planning data to drive improvements and accuracy in DC inventory capacity modeling, inbound and outbound transportation capacity planning and air / ocean mode of transportation compliance. This role will also lead Total Customer Experience (TCE) process management for the North America market. This includes working across functions to causal, implement corrective and / or containment actions and drive process and performance improvements. This role will also support in-market Logistics projects, spanning implementations and onboardings, cost savings initiatives and other strategic projects. This role is expected to have 6 direct reports located between the Spring, TX, and Guadalajara, MX, office locations.
Responsibilities
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.

Uses managerial concepts and company objectives to resolve issues in creative and effective ways.

Salary
The pay range for this role is $93,150 to $139,650 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
