Warehouse Logistics Planner

About the Client :

Our client is a leading logistics, storage, and transportation provider serving national and international organizations in the chemical, oil / gas, and industrial distribution sectors.

About the Role :

Curious about how operations and technology intersect? We're looking for someone eager to learn, problem-solve, and make an impact in our logistics operations. The Logistics Coordinator supports business operations through data analysis, system monitoring, and process improvement. If you enjoy digging into data, improving workflows, and working closely with internal systems, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities :

Maintain and monitor internal business systems (ERP, CRM, or similar) to support daily operations.
Extract, analyze, and interpret data to help drive operational decisions.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in warehouse and logistics workflows.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance.
Partner with team members to provide technical and operational support on projects.
Assist with ad hoc data and reporting tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For :

Some experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain support is helpful, but curiosity and willingness to learn matter most.

Comfort working with spreadsheets and data; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is a plus — we'll help you grow your skills.

Exposure to SQL or interest in learning basic queries.

Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business systems is helpful, but training is available.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Comfortable in a warehouse-focused operations environment.
