Key Responsibilities

Engage and qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from various channels

Maintain a rapid lead response time and ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers

Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and participate in feedback loops with marketing and sales teams

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads

Proficiency with CRM software and sales technologies

Foundational understanding of market trends and customer needs in relevant industries

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
