We are seeking a Marketing Associate with a strong foundation in life sciences to join our content marketing team. This role is a vital contributor to our global marketing efforts, ensuring that our content not only engages customers but also reflects the scientific depth and credibility expected in the industry.

As a local presence in the U.S. market, the Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and subject matter experts to source content opportunities, strengthen relationships, and help drive awareness of our solutions. This includes spearheading initiatives such as webinars, guest articles, customer testimonials, and thought‑leadership content that resonate with a technical and scientific audience.

The role also provides support for broader campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, and event execution, helping ensure consistency of message and quality across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Collaboration : Act as a liaison with U.S.-based customers to identify opportunities for content partnerships (e.g., webinars, blogs, case studies, testimonials).
• Content Development : Contribute to the creation and editing of scientific and marketing content across multiple formats, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.
• Webinars & Events : Coordinate, host, and support U.S. webinars, tradeshows, and customer-facing events, ensuring a professional representation of the company.
• Market Insights : Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform content strategy and positioning.
• Sales Support : Partner with sales teams to provide marketing collateral, presentations, and tools that support business development.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product management, sales, and scientific subject‑matter experts to ensure content is scientifically accurate and relevant.
• Project Management : Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, or sales / marketing support roles, ideally within the life sciences, biotech, or related industry .

Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of life sciences terminology, concepts, and industry trends; ability to translate technical / scientific material into engaging content.

Skills :

Tools & Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with digital marketing tools, webinar platforms, CRM / marketing automation systems, and analytics tools is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows, customer meetings, or events.
