Pest Inspector

A pest inspector is a professional responsible for conducting thorough inspections of both residential
and commercial properties to identify any potential pest situations. The inspector must be proficient in
all aspects of pests, such as identification and best control practices, in order to accurately report their
findings. If needed, the report also includes recommendations for appropriate pest control services. An
effective inspector with knowledge of common pests can advise clients on the best solutions available.

Responsibilities

-Inspect residential and commercial properties and it's findings
-Present report to client, including description of property and any findings, and list of
recommendations
-Be familiar with all aspects of pest in the industry
-Identify issues and recommend solutions
