The Head of Leadership & Talent Practice will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class executive talent strategy for the enterprise. The scope includes leading enterprise-wide initiatives focused on executive talent management and succession planning, with targeted and customized development strategies for the top leadership team. The leader will also build and sustain an executive coaching practice, leveraging external vendors to deliver a high-performing, future-ready leadership pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global executive talent strategy that aligns with the overarching business strategy.
• Deploy and drive targeted executive talent development and progression strategies for the top layers of the organization, partnering with HR, talent consultants, and global learning & development.
• In partnership with global executive recruiting, drive internal executive horizontal mobility and bring succession plans to life.
• Consult with executive leaders and HR stakeholders to enable the success of strategies, initiatives, and programs.
• Build and deploy talent assessment methodologies and executive performance calibration processes, including 360 feedback mechanisms.
• Provide ongoing real-time management and reporting on the formal executive succession plan.
• Build, deploy, and lead an Executive Coaching Practice with operating standards, metrics, and controls, leveraging external vendors.
• Maintain the organizational charts for the top two layers of the enterprise.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic executive talent decisions and enable continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of global talent trends and benchmark against best-in-class practices.

Salary range : $214,795.00 – $252,700.00.
