Retail Associate Manager (RAM)

As a Retail Associate Manager, you will partner with the Retail Store Manager to drive sales and operational objectives. You will assist in leading and developing your team, while creating an environment conducive to maximizing sales and service opportunities with existing and potential customers, all while having fun and delivering an UnCarrier Experience.

Responsibilities As a Retail Associate Manager, you'll be asked to :

• Assist Retail Store Manager in all areas of the business, assume responsibility for location in Store Manager’s absence.
• Offer consultative sales and service on the sales floor
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Execute the processes and procedures that ensure that the "back" of the store works as well as the "front" from a customer perspective.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships with external and internal customers, employees, and business partners
• Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology.
• Assist Retail Store Manager in the Recruiting, developing, motivating and managing sales team
