Sr. Unified Communication Specialist
Piper Companies is seeking a Unified Communcation Journeyman to join a premier federal contracting company based out of Columbus, OH.
The Unified Communication Journeyman is responsible for supporting network and telecommunications devices for a DoD end customer.
Responsibilities of the Unified Communication Journeyman include :
- Investigate netowrk and telecommunication indidnt
- Maintain, support and repair network devices
- Support VoIP network devices
- Utilize Cisco Unified Call Manager for support on Cisco network devices
Qualifications for the Remote Unified Communication Journeyman :
- Active Secret Clearance
- CompTIA Sec+
- Support TDM telephone switches, VoPI, Call Manager and VTC systems
- Experience supporting one or more network vendors (Ex : Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto)
- 3+ years of relevant network support experience
Compensation for the Unified Communication Journeyman :
- Pay Rate : $. / hr
