Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, staffing, budgets, and schedules across the construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
• Monitor project performancetrack cost, schedule, scope, qualityand proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery.
• Lead permitting, inspections, and closeout processes; ensure comprehensive project documentation and compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication across project stakeholders and implement tools for transparency and collaboration.
