Requirements / Qualifications

Seeking a middle school music teacher for a band / orchestra program that includes beginning band, advanced band, beginning orchestra, advanced orchestra, choir, and jazz band;

with an emphasis on string instruments and vocals. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Possession of a valid Single Subject Music credential with English Learner Authorization issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing required.

Desired Qualifications : Ability to teach choir, orchestra, and band. To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and reference checks.

Please note that we require three references, one of them must be the most recent supervisor.
