A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide tier 1 support to clients remotely. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional tier 1 support to clients, enhancing their experience Escalate customer support issues as needed and maintain communication regarding criticality and timelines Prepare and maintain hardware for customers and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience as a Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role Ability to work weekdays from 8am to 5pm Eastern Time Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as necessary Experience managing and coordinating with third-party vendors Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
