We are seeking a dedicated Production Planner / Buyer to manage daily scheduling and coordinate production efforts across departments. This role is crucial in meeting customer commitments and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules for the Machine Shop and Assembly.
• Create, release, and track production orders using ERP systems, with a preference for Business Central.
• Adjust schedules based on delays, shortages, or shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Production teams to align demand and capacity.
• Support weekly S&OP meetings and generate production status reports.
• Evaluate BOMs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate routing.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of planning processes and system data integrity.

Work Environment

This position is onsite and operates Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. George, Utah.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr.
