GSP is helping a repeat client, and 50+ year Food / Beverage leader , find their newest Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing plant operations! If you're the "Outdoorsy" type, this location is PERFECT for you as you can hike, bike, and be outside year round!
The ideal candidate has :
- 5+ Years’ as a Current Operations Manager in FOOD / BEVERAGE Manufacturing (REQUIRED)
- Must have a Continuous Improvement / Lean mindset / Experience
- Bachelor's would be great, but not mandatory
