Equipment Installer

Job Overview As an Equipment Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment is set up and functioning optimally for our clients. You’ll be the hands-on expert who brings our products to life, working closely with a dynamic team to install and maintain various equipment. Your skills and attention to detail will help us deliver top-notch service and satisfaction to our customers. What you’ll do Perform assembly of storage systems such as modular buildings, automated storage systems, shelving, and vertical carousels and lifts at customers' locations Perform troubleshooting tasks required for repairs Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Move / transport materials from customer sites to our office Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any installation-related issues Position Status : Full time or part time Hours - Monday to Friday - Typical hours are 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. but can vary slightly depending on customer needs and other factors. Full time is 40 working hours / week. Part time is project based, as needed. Location : Home office in Emmaus, PA and customer sites within a 90-minute radius (no overnight travel required). Qualifications High school diploma / GED. Technical / trade training or college degree preferred Must pass mandatory background checks A valid driver's license and clean driving record Requirements No experience is necessary – if you have a good work ethic and mechanical skills, we can teach you. However, construction experience is a plus.
