Hours : (10 : 30am -7pm on weekdays), & (7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm on weekends)
Basic Maintenance knowledge required : Experience with Commercial / Housing experience with duplex / buildings or malls.
Job Duties : Addressing Maintenance calls during the day / Cleaning / Maintaining Hotel pool.

The Assistant Chief Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the direct maintenance of the building, waterpark, equipment and grounds while achieving established financial and guest service goals.
The Maintenance Engineer must display strong leadership and organizational skills to assure that the facility is effectively maintained.
Strong attention to detail, schedule flexibility and a minimum of two years’ experience in engineering / maintenance is a must.
