Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health for a Shared Services finance in DDAT Finance – Senior Manager role! As the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness (PCW)- Sr. Manager FP&A, you will be part of the DDAT FP&A team supporting the financials of PCW DDAT.

Job Purpose

Provides strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions by managing a team of financial analysts, coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance on financial strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. Ensures accurate financial reporting, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will also :

• Develop and execute the annual FP&A budgeting process, working closely with key stakeholders to establish financial targets and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee analysis of financial performance, including variance, trend, and profitability analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business scenarios and guide strategic decisions.
• Create sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision‑making and long‑term planning.
• Analyze performance of business units, product lines, or projects, identifying areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
• Establish FP&A processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Create budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative, high‑performing team environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline or related work experience.

Pay Range

Typical pay range : $75,400.00 – $182,549.00

The pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range, and includes equity award program participation.
