$57,200.00 / yr - $67,300.00 / yr

Job Summary

The Studio Manager oversees all front of house studio operations, leads and develops the sales team, and ensures excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, mentoring staff, coordinating studio events, maintaining studio standards, and supporting team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in a managerial role
• Sales leadership and customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• CPR / AED certification (must be current)
