Program Coordinator

Creighton University is seeking to hire a Program Coordinator to provide operations support to the department's academic programs in the College of Professional and Continuing Education.

Will assist Program Directors, faculty, and adjunct faculty with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, dissertation processing, event and travel planning, communications, social media. Supports academic programs and faculty in a variety of roles including, but not limited to : managing course schedules, assist in preparing contracts for adjunct faculty, assembling and editing newsletters, processing dissertations, facilitating payment to special faculty members, event preparation and management, booking faculty travel, preparing bookstore lists and orders, coordinating course evaluations, creating and sharing social media posts for the department, assisting Program Directors on administrative tasks, streamlining department processes, and leading initiatives to centralize department structures and functions.

This is an on-campus role.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business or other related fields required; equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered.
• 3+ years related experience, such as program coordinating, administrative, and project management.
• Data analysis and report writing experience preferred.
• Experience with databases and / or project workflow software, and / or intelligence software is preferred.
• Proofreading and attention to detail is a must.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
