Operations Coordinator
- Effectively track and organize a group calendar of events and deadlines
- Effectively track and organize documentation to present information and data with ease of understanding and location
- Effective travel processing support to include reservations, comparisons, and submission
- Effectively work with on and off boarding staff to ensure accesses and documentation deadlines and timelines are met
- Effectively manage supplies and purchase orders processing for maintenance of program
- Effective logistical and organizational skills
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Poise and calm under pressure with ability to communicate with senior leaders and executives
- Ability to integrate within a diverse team and exhibit exceptional collaborative skills
- Knowledge of office administration, policies, practices, and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office environment to provide information to leaders and division personnel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Temperament to communicate with a variety of personalities in a tactful, pleasant and professional manner
- Knowledge of office equipment and machines
- Effective calendar and meeting management
