Operations Coordinator

• Effectively track and organize a group calendar of events and deadlines
• Effectively track and organize documentation to present information and data with ease of understanding and location
• Effective travel processing support to include reservations, comparisons, and submission
• Effectively work with on and off boarding staff to ensure accesses and documentation deadlines and timelines are met
• Effectively manage supplies and purchase orders processing for maintenance of program
• Effective logistical and organizational skills
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters in a professional manner
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Poise and calm under pressure with ability to communicate with senior leaders and executives
• Ability to integrate within a diverse team and exhibit exceptional collaborative skills
• Knowledge of office administration, policies, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment to provide information to leaders and division personnel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Temperament to communicate with a variety of personalities in a tactful, pleasant and professional manner
• Knowledge of office equipment and machines
• Effective calendar and meeting management
