Job Description : Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Critical Environment Technician with deep expertise in pumps and motors to support our mission-critical infrastructure. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of mechanical systems, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Fin Fan units and their operational nuances.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and corrective maintenance on various pump types (sump, centrifugal, submersible) and motor systems.
- Conduct scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance aligned with global standards for critical AHUs and mechanical systems.
- Disassemble fan guards and housings for bearing inspections and IR scans on fan terminals to detect early signs of failure.
- Apply run-to-fail (R2F) strategies where appropriate, while ensuring scheduled testing and visual inspections are completed.
- Maintain detailed service records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure reliability and risk mitigation.
- Respond to system alerts and failures with urgency and precision, ensuring minimal downtime.

This role requires deep expertise in a range of HVAC equipment, including adiabatic air handlers, CDUs, split systems, VAVs, fan power boxes, exhaust fans, and CRACs. The technician will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
