Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – Early Intervention | Flexible Schedule | $85–$95/hr
📍 Philadelphia, PA


Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) to join our Early Intervention team serving children ages 0–5 throughout Philadelphia.


Goldstar is a therapist-owned and operated pediatric therapy agency, built by clinicians who understand the importance of flexibility, professional respect, and meaningful work. Our SLPs support young children and their families in natural environments such as homes and daycares, using evidence-based strategies and caregiver coaching to help children develop communication and feeding skills during the most critical years of development.

What You’ll Do


  • Provide speech and language therapy for children ages 0–3

  • Support development of communication, language, and feeding skills

  • Deliver services in homes and community-based settings

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary Early Intervention teams

  • Use evidence-based practices and caregiver coaching

  • Complete required documentation in accordance with Early Intervention guidelines

Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Disorders

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

  • Current Pennsylvania SLP license

  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental delays preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Goldstar Rehabilitation provides pediatric therapy services for children ages 0–5 throughout Philadelphia and Early Intervention services across Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks Counties. Our multidisciplinary team includes speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and special instructors, all working together to support children and families in reaching their fullest potential.
