Accountant I ENTRY LEVEL
Job Title : Jr. Accountant (Entry Level)
Location : Northern Virginia
Duration : Contract, Contract-To-Hire
Pay : $18-24hr (depending on experience)

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be able to work comfortably with numbers in a team environment.
They will ultimately prepare financial statements and analyze balance sheets and general ledger accounts. Must be willing to learn and grow!
Position Summary :
- Looking for entry level candidates, who have 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Performs daily fund accounting activities in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures, such as, maintenance of the general ledger and preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports.
- Accounts Payable and invoice processing / Accounts Receivable processing
- Familiar with a variety of general accounting concepts practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business related
- 0-1 years’ experience internship / corporate experience
