As a Service Product Support Specialist , you'll be the heartbeat of exceptional customer service within our service department.

You'll handle everything from dispatching jobs to ensuring our fleet of forklifts never misses a beat!

Your mission ? To deliver swift, accurate responses to customer and technician inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities : ️

  • Elevate customer service for internal and external clients
  • Mastermind scheduling, dispatching, and workload management
  • Drive efficiency, productivity, and quality within our Service Dept.
  • Fuel monthly departmental reports
  • Oversee work in progress (WIP)
  • Provide unwavering support to our internal service team
  • Foster solid partnerships with manufacturers and vendors
  • Initiate and manage work orders
  • Be the support backbone for external and internal customers, including rental equipment contract coordination, shipping, and receiving
  • Champion service department data entry
  • Ace warranty and fleet claims processing
  • Cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Key Skills : ️ ️

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer Service Expertise
  • Previous service support experience (heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive preferred)
  • Team-player extraordinaire
  • Microsoft 365 Suite pro, especially Excel
  • Energized, self-motivated, and a dedicated work ethic
  • Unrivaled attention to detail
  • Stellar analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • A knack for coaching
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
