Tax Senior Associate

Grant, Patterson & King Legal (GPK Legal), renowned for exceptional client service and outcomes in corporate law, intellectual property, and litigation, is looking for a Tax Senior Associate to join our dedicated Finance, Accounting & Administration team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical ability to manage complex tax issues and will support our mission by ensuring compliance and optimization of tax services offered to our clients. Prepare and review corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns of varying complexities. Perform detailed reviews of IRS and state tax notices and prepare responses. Assist in federal and state audits. Maintain constant communication with clients to understand and meet their needs effectively. Research and resolve technical tax issues before and during the preparation of taxes. Provide tax planning and consulting relevant to client?s business and industry. Train and mentor junior staff on tax preparation techniques. Strong understanding of tax codes and regulations. Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
