Our client, a leading provider of compassionate and high-quality care for seniors, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the San Ramon and East Bay regions. Key Responsibilities :
- Build and Maintain Relationships : Cultivate and expand referral networks with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and social workers.
- Community Engagement : Represent the organization at local events such as health fairs, networking meetups, senior expos, and industry conferences.
- Develop Growth Strategies : Create and implement targeted growth strategies for your assigned territory through in-person visits, presentations, and relationship-building efforts.
- Market Analysis : Track and analyze referral trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate for Success : Partner with intake and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral-to-admission process, ensuring top-tier client care.
- Report and Recommend : Provide regular updates on business development progress, offering insights and ideas for ongoing growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Experience : 3-5 years in business development or sales within home health, hospice, senior living, or a related healthcare sector.Local Network : A strong, established referral network within the San Ramon / East Bay area is highly preferred.Proven Success : Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow client numbers consistently.Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-Starter : Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Travel : Valid drivers license and reliable transportation, with the flexibility to travel within the designated area.Benefits :
