A company is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to provide remote IT support and troubleshooting for client environments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage billable hours
Troubleshoot client IT workstation environments and peripherals while managing multiple tickets
Implement best practices and maintain communication with clients through phone and email
Required Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, and RDS
Knowledge of VMware ESXi, Citrix Virtual Apps, and Veeam Backup & Replication
Familiarity with workstation / server hardware and software, including peripheral devices
Understanding of network technologies such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Experience with cloud technologies and common client / server applications like Office 365 and Azure
