Job Description:
Mobility: Hybrid 2 to 3 days in office weekly. Preferably all week while training
Workers at this level provide support to work groups in the organization. At this level, the worker has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Uses good written and verbal communication skills, 5 + years' experience. This level works within established procedures with a moderate degree of oversight and serves in a non-exempt capacity. Uses business software applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and good written and verbal communication skills. Manage daily workload and customer priorities, Perform service scheduling activities, Schedule and validate service work request assignments to optimize resources, Point of contact for craft and contractor resources.
