Team Lead - AI Drug Discovery & Computational Sciences (US / EU) at Skills Alliance About the Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced PR Manager to support the development and implementation of strategic PR initiatives aimed at enhancing reputation and increasing brand awareness. This role will involve scientific content generation, media strategy and pitching, social media management, and event support.

Responsibilities Scientific Content Generation : Develop and curate scientific content, including press releases, articles, and blog posts, to showcase expertise in AI-driven drug discovery and development.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including scientists and researchers, to gather and translate complex scientific concepts into compelling and accessible content for various audiences.

Create and execute media strategies to maximize coverage and positive exposure.

Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and AI industries.

Proactively pitch story ideas and secure media placements in relevant publications, both print and digital.

Event Support Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including healthcare conferences, industry sessions, and leadership interviews.

Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure seamless execution and representation at these events.

Provide onsite support during events, including managing media interactions, coordinating interviews, and capturing content for post-event promotion.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in PR and communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.

Strong scientific background with the ability to understand and communicate complex scientific concepts effectively.

Demonstrated experience in media relations, including pitching, securing media coverage, and building relationships with journalists and influencers.
