Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. This position offers a full caseload with the flexibility to manage your schedule. You will work primarily in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) setting with occasional home-based visits as needed. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will have the autonomy to make clinical decisions and provide high-quality care to your patients, while also benefiting from professional development and guidance from seasoned therapist as needed.

Maintain flexibility in your schedule to meet the needs of your patients.

Communicate with patient family members and community clinical staff as needed.
