About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our President / CEO and assist in the day-to-day operations of our Agency. In this role you will ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and customer service is delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Clerical Duties : Data entry, scanning and maintaining electronic and paper records.
Communication : Answering the phone, emails, and other forms of communication.
Scheduling and planning : managing calendars, scheduling caregivers and interviews, coordinating meetings.
Office management : making sure supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
Customer service : creating a positive experience for caregivers, clients, and visitors.
