ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Alex Post - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Take payments, respond to voicemails, text messages and emails.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Set appointments for our sales team based on pivoting conversations with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations to set appointments for team.
  • Licensing is not required.

    • Note : This position is open to either Full-Time or Part-Time availability and does offer work from home flexibility.
