Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation :

$95-$120per hour  (based on experience and caseload)

Performance-based bonus opportunities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities :

Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills

Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications :

Current BCBA certification (required)

Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork

Location :

Primary service area : Council Bluffs, Iowa

Hybrid model : in-home services with flexibility for remote documentation
