Azure Support Engineer

A company is looking for an Azure Support Engineer (Contract) who has extensive experience in managing and supporting Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot key Azure services and implement service improvements

Respond to system incidents and lead root cause analysis for critical issues

Support deployment and performance of web applications and manage Azure networking components

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform

Proficient in core Azure services such as App Service, Azure SQL, and Key Vault

Experience with web app hosting technologies like PHP / Laravel and Node.js

Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security principles

Proven ability to troubleshoot under pressure and lead incident resolution efforts
