Compensation :
$60,000 $240,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- You will be immersed in the role and daily responsibilities of a financial professional during your first year at New York Life, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
- Access complete training, digital tools, and a wide range of products to support your development.
- Receive top-notch training to understand the strength and value of New York Life, along with ongoing support from experts and digital sales tools.
- Gain knowledge about New York Life's competitive insurance and financial products that cater to clients' financial needs.
- Learn essential skills like marketing, business growth, and client relationship management to prepare for a successful management career path.
Qualifications :
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales or management roles within other industries.
- Previous experience as a business owner will be viewed as a valuable asset for this role.
- Candidates holding an MBA or an equivalent degree are highly encouraged to apply.
- Successful applicants will receive training to become financial professionals, focusing on product sales and building client relationships.
- Completion of a rigorous six-month training program is mandatory to progress into a management position.
- Candidates are required to obtain securities licenses and FINRA registrations to become registered representatives with NYLIFE Securities for offering investment products.
