A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development team in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
Mentor the development team and foster a culture of continuous learning
Required Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Components
Proven experience in technical leadership and managing development teams
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development and architectural best practices
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I)
Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
