Responsibilities include :
- Sweeping / litter picking of internal communal areas
- Sweeping and mopping of lifts
- Sweeping and mopping of internal communal areas
- Cleaning of block entrance doors and screens
- Cleaning of internal fixtures and fittings
- Graffiti removal
- Fly-tip / bulk furniture removal
- Un-blocking chutes
- Wall and ceiling washing
- Cleaning of internal face of glazing
