If so, we have the right opportunity to work for an amazing organization that is making a difference in childrens life.Responsibilities : Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, aiming for a first-call resolution. Handle customer issues and ensure swift resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.One on one trainings with providers on childcare measurement softwareAccurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer support database.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.Contribute to the development of customer support policies and procedures.Stay up to date with product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.Provide feedback to the management team on recurring customer issues and recommend solutions.Requirements : Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues.Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Excellent multitasking and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Join our team and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our Spanish-speaking clientele.
