The firm has recovered over $1 billion for clients across the country and is recognized among the nations leading mid-market trial practices.

About the Role

In this role, youll take ownership of your cases from intake through resolution, ensuring clients receive both exceptional care and outstanding results. Youll meet directly with clients, develop case strategy, handle settlement negotiations, and prepare matters for trial as needed. Compassion, attention to detail, and courtroom confidence are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation from case inception through trial.
• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, build trust, and provide regular updates.
• Evaluate claims, prepare demands, and negotiate with insurance carriers.
• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court and at trial when necessary.
