We are seeking a Construction Inspector to join our Redmond, WA team! This work will primarily be done in the Peninsula. Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Three (3) years’ relevant work experience plus a technical or Associate’s degree, or five (5) years of relevant inspection experience
• Preference to one or more of the following certifications: ICC, ACI, Nuclear Gauge, WABO, WAQTC, and/or CWI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and navigate uneven construction sites.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Three (3) years’ relevant work experience plus a technical or Associates degree, or five (5) years of relevant inspection experience

Compensation:

$32 - $45 hourly

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
