IT Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager I, IT Software Engineering (Enterprise Data).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a software development team, ensuring timely completion of projects

Manage IT development activities and monitor progress against business objectives

Provide technical guidance and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 1 year in a leadership role

Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies

Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application architectures
