Job descriptionCarefully pack, move, and inventory contents from residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, or other disasters. Ensure items are protected and handled with respect, especially those of sentimental or high value to our customers. Assist in cleaning and restoring furniture / contents and job sites according to company standards and safety protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, demonstrating empathy and patience during emotionally stressful times. Maintain clean, organized vehicles and storage areas. Support crew leads and project managers with on-site tasks and documentation. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physically fit ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred. Previous moving, cleaning, or restoration experience a plus but not required. Must be available for occasional after-hours or weekend work during emergency calls. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. Accountability You own your work and follow through every time.
