You Will

• Drive Product Excellence : Define and execute a vision for world-class infrastructure products (Postgres, Redis, ValKey), ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability that exceeds customer expectations.
• Lead and Develop the Team : Inspire, coach, and grow a team of high-performing engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, creativity, and ownership.
• Create the Strategy and Roadmap : Collaborate with leadership and customers to identify market opportunities, prioritize product development, and build a roadmap for future “Keystone” offerings.
• Build Operational Efficiency : Optimize team processes to balance innovation and technical debt management, while maintaining operational excellence and minimizing interruptions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with product management, customers, and internal teams to understand needs, align priorities, and ensure delivery of impactful features and solutions.
