Responsibilities

• Market new business and account renewals obtaining competitive coverage / cost ratios for the clients.
• Submit renewal business to various markets. Work with team members to execute all renewals in a timely manner. Generation of accurate renewal submission proposals.
• Manage day-to-day account transactions including additions / deletions of vehicles, property acquisitions, exposure changes, contract reviews, coverage analysis and program recommendations with client interaction.
• Provide clear answers to clients on coverage or billing questions including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes. Consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or updates needed to current policies.
• Prepare and produce all elements of presentations for client meetings and properly represent the company. Address client questions and identify next steps as appropriate.
