Neonatology Physician

We areseeking a Board-Certified Neonatology Physician to provide 24-hour in-housecoverage at a Level IV NICU in Las Vegas, Nevada. This high-acuity NICUfeatures advanced care capabilities including ECMO, iNO, high-frequencyventilation, and therapeutic hypothermia. Providers will care for criticallyill neonates, including delivery room attendance, admissions, and intubatedpatients, within a collaborative team environment. ECMO experience is notrequired, and providers are never expected to manage ECMO patients solo.

• NICU Level : Level IV (72 beds; ADC 60)
• Shift Type : 24-hour in-house coverage
• Services : Delivery room attendance, admissions, and management of high-acuity neonates
• Advanced Care : Neonatal ECMO, iNO, frequent ventilation (jet and oscillator), and body cooling
• Team Support : Collaborative environment with other neonatologists and NICU staff
