Job descriptionCollaborate with Smartsheet SMEs to understand project objectives and expectations Receive training and support as needed to align with current processes Review existing CMC data sources and formats, focusing on : Project schedules Risks / decisions Supply chain data Develop a strategy to migrate data into the current CMC Pilot Smartsheet structure Network with key CMC PMs to confirm data accuracy and determine necessary level of detail Refine and build data / information structures as needed Enhance the CMC Pilot Smartsheet's supply chain node by reviewing and integrating current data structures used by BRD and SMDD supply chain teams
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health-related, scientific, or engineering field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Highly preferred : Prior experience using Smartsheet
- Preferred : Familiarity with PM tools such as MS Project
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized project documentation
