Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to insurance agencies regarding claims and documentation.
- Accurately enter and maintain data using Aspire software, ensuring records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Track outreach results and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of insurance-related tasks.
