R&D Strategist

A company is looking for an R&D Strategist to join their newly formed team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the discovery process for R&D initiatives, from problem framing to hypothesis generation

Partner with engineers to design quick prototypes and run experiments with real users

Research markets, competitors, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities and whitespace

Required Qualifications

Entrepreneurial experience as a past founder, co-founder, or early operator at a startup

Experience building, launching, or iterating on software products

Able to navigate ambiguity and create structure from scratch

Sharp analytical and research skills

Bonus : experience in product strategy, venture building, or innovation labs
