We are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Director to join a reputable and growing company in Richmond.

The position will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations for the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Oversee financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Monitor revenues, costs, receivables, payables, and SGA expenses
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Research and resolve accounting issues that arise
• Maintain compliance of tax and regulatory matters

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance
• CPA license or other accounting designation required
• 10 years of accounting / finance experience
• 5 years as Controller or financial management experience
• Strong understanding of accounting procedures and U.S. GAAP
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and peers
• Superior Excel skills
