Job Description

Purpose : Directs all sales, sales administration, municipal contract functions for SSB sales and USB sales. In addition oversees the Marketing and Communications team.

Core Responsibilities

• Manages and directs the sale of SSB and USB products and services through subordinate managers, regional sales managers, distributions and channel partners.
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of company's and competitor's products and services, sales and marketing techniques, and financial principles.
• Ensures conformance of all functions expenditures to budget.
• Develops long range goals and objectives.
• Works with senior management in developing company's Strategic Plan for all reporting functions with specific emphasis on sales growth plan strategies and contributing to the product development process.
• Responsible for meeting sales and sales margin goals for the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

This positions requires 50% domestic and international travel. Base pay is dependent upon experience and location.
